A GREAT RACE NOBODY’S WATCHING

PROBLEM

IMSA (The International Motor Sports Association) is the premier sports car racing series in North America. Featuring legendary drivers like F1 and Nascar former champions piloting cars that people love like Ferrari, Porsche and BMW, the series has everything it needs to be a big hit. But despite all its impressive credentials, IMSA has a big problem: very few people know about it outside of its core fans.

SOLUTION

We designed a content series to introduce the world of IMSA to new fans in a more interesting package. The series would go beyond the actual racing events, focusing on the human dramas (big and small) that orbit around the league each season, with controversial race finishes, crashes, and providing an inside look into team dynamics and rivalries.

CREATIVE

As a first step we created a trailer for “IMSA. Race of races” to be used as a sales tool for Platforms, Executive Production companies, and additional partners.
